SURFACE TREATMENTS

Surface treatment is an important part of metalworking and treatments are intended to improve the appearance of a material and resistance to corrosion while extending the useful life of the product itself.

Our plant is equipped for electrostatic powder coating of components measuring up to 800 x 600 x 2400 mm. The components are first degreased using a high-pressure spray system and a phosphating process and then dried. The applied powder coating is then cured in an electric kiln.

Powder coating permits painted products to be used indoors and outdoors, with varying levels of surface smoothness and various levels of gloss. This technology is also environmentally sensitive.

We offer solvent coatings as well. Our spray booth measures 4000 x 2240 mm. We subcontract blasting, hot-dip galvanizing and chrome plating of parts.
